Tana-Chemie makes organizational changes to pave the way for planned expansion

Tana-Chemie GmbH is broadening its role as the leading provider of integrally sustainable cleaning solutions for commercial customers. To keep pace with the growth of the Werner & Mertz Professional Division in Northern Europe and Israel, the company headquartered in Mainz is making changes to its organizational structure, which includes the newly created positions of two Sales Directors.

As sales manager, Sebastian Brauer is responsible for the sales development and management of the field service for Germany and Switzerland. Dirk Martin assumes responsibility as Sales Director Export for foreign business in Scandinavia, the Baltic States, UK, Ireland and Israel.

At the same time, the Export business for Northern Europe and Israel is being integrated into the existing German organization. The bundling of resources ensures more efficient and more effective development of the market. Most importantly, the changes will strengthen the position of the sustainable, high-performance green care Professional products.

Sharper focus on customers

Managing Director Markus Häfner explained the changes: "The futuristic and constant focus on sustainable products generates trust and competitive advantages for our customers. We are boosting this growth trajectory with additional resources in all areas of the company so that we can respond with even greater customer orientation."

Sales representatives in the field will concentrate more intensely on looking after customers, with assistance from the newly created Application Technology & Training Team. Right now, the team is developing a modern and innovative training concept for the support of customers and sales staff.

Sales Director draws on many years of experience

Sebastian Brauer brings with him many years of industry knowledge. As Key Account Manager, he was already working for Tana-Chemie for six years and previously for the Igefa Handelsgruppe and Würth, among others. He now applies his experience throughout Germany and in Switzerland: "In addition to our sustainable products, we also want to align our service even more closely with customer needs. The focus is on mutual success and we want to enable new potentials for our customers."

Also Dirk Martin looks back on extensive experience, gained in previous international assignments at Vileda, Dr. Schnell and elsewhere: "I am delighted to be a part of the team at Tana-Chemie and I look forward to continuing the successful development in Export. Our integrally sustainable concept is our USP, which is highly appreciated by our international partners and customers".
